C3 QSL BUREAU: NEW MAILING ADDRESS Per an agreement between the Union de Radioaficionados Espanoles (URE) and the Unio de Radioaficionats Andorrans (URA), the URE QSL Bureau has officially taken over the management of QSL traffic for Andorra. Effective 18 February, all QSL cards for URA member stations (C3) should be sent to the following address:

C3 QSL BUREAU: NUOVO INDIRIZZO POSTALE Secondo un accordo tra l’Unione de Radioaficionados Espanoles (URE) e l’Unio de Radioaficionats Andor- rans (URA), l’URE QSL Bureau ha ufficialmente assunto la gestione di Traffico QSL per Andorra.
